Life has taught me that healthy choices lead to more healthy choices.  Whether it's food, relationships, how I spend my time, my beliefs...anything...when I choose well, I am happier.  If you are discovering what health and wellness means for you, I hope I may be part of your path. 

What is health coaching?

Health Coaching is a unique offering in the health and nutrition field focused on guiding you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you at each point in your life. Based on a holistic approach to health and wellness, my approach incorporates knowledge of the major dietary theories with creating enjoyable exercise, healthy relationships, spiritual practice, and even appreciation of your job. As your health coach, I will help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Getting Started

The first (second, tenth, one-hundreth) step towards health is recognizing where you are today.  Let's get started!

1.  You are your own best health expert:  I invite you to become your own science experiment. Start noticing how you feel after you eat something - do you feel heavy? light? What about when you talk to a friend or stranger - are you happy and enlivened, or feel confused and yucky? What about at end of your workday? Jot down what you're discovering.  Soon you'll have a list of things that works for you and what doesn't. 

2.  Talk with someone about your health and nutrition goals:  As a health coach, I am here to create a supportive environment while we explore what really works for you and how I can help you reach your personal goals.
